How to Book
Christina currently books 8+ weeks in advance for her services. Some services take longer than others which affects availability.
To get on the waitlist for an appointment send an email via the link below. Please provide as many details as possible to assure the booking process goes smoothly.
Please be aware if Christina needs more information she may request for you to come in for a complimentary consultation, although most of the information can be answered via an email or phone call.
Christina is not currently taking any new hair, nail clients or pedicure clients. If you would like to be placed on her waitlist to become a client please send an email to:

*Please note by being placed on the waitlist does not guarantee a spot as one of Christina’s clients. She is only one person and always does the best she can to accommodate every one she is able too.
New Clients
Deposit - All new clients are required to pay a 50% booking fee. This helps to ensure you stayed commited to your appointment time.
Unfortunately there has been too many instances where New Clients tend not to show up for appointments, thus our requirement for a new client booking fee. Of course, if something out of your control happens and you need to reschedule we allow for 3 reschedules then this fee is forfeited.
Booking fees are non-refundable. Please ensure you are committed to keeping your appointment before booking.
Waitlist
Christina currently has an ongoing waitlist for her services.
Being placed on the cancellation waitlist for specific services and dates does not mean you will secure that time - see below for more information about Christina’s recommendations.

Recommendations
Christina believes in supporting local as much as possible. Sometimes waiting 8+ weeks to get an appointment may not always work for your schedule.
So she is always looking to find local companies to support within the Okotoks & High River area. When other companies offer similar high quality services like she does she can’t help but want to support them!
In order to save you the time in searching for someone to get your nails, hair or feet done she has a list for that!

The Fine Print
NO SHOW/LATE FEE/LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS
No-show appointments are required to pay in full for the appointment missed and put down a non-refundable 50% deposit for their next appointment.
Late Fee: $10 every 15 minutes late. If we are unable to accommodate your appointment and have to reschedule you will be required to put a non-refundable 50% deposit down to book your next appointment.
Last-minute cancellations: 100% Fee of the Service booked. No future appointments will be booked until this Fee is paid in full.
Every Guest receives a 3 day Text reminder and a 2 day Email reminder.
We work hard to respect your time and each service has a limited amount of time allotted to provide you with your luxury service. If we feel that we will be unable to fulfill your appointment in a timely fashion, given a delay upon your arrival, we have the right to refuse service and provide available dates to reschedule.
Every situation is case by case, we aim to be understanding. To be considerate to your stylist and other guests, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancelling your appointment.
RE-DO POLICY - All redo services must be done within or at minimum be in contact with the salon to arrange a redo within one week of original date of service.
